Yokogawa SB5000

Built upon the DL9000 MSO family, the SB5310 and SB5710 are "All-in-one" Serial Bus Analyzers in addition to having all the standard DL9000 oscilloscope and mixed signal functions. They are ideal for troubleshooting circuits which contain multiple serial busses, including the new emerging vehicle bus, FlexRay. It support trigger, decode, analysis, and search of general serial, UART/RS-232, CAN bus, FlexRay, LIN bus, 12C, SPI, and parallel logic.
Like the other DL9000 family products, the SB5000 models can perform simultaneous analysis of two serial busses, trigger on an arbitrary serial bit stream of up to 128 bits, and display an on-screen serial cursor. No competitive digital oscilloscopes with serial bus analysis can do this.
The impact of this product in the automotive, aerospace, and other serial bus markets is exciting.
